Refund policy
At this time, we do not accept refunds. If you're having any issues with your order, please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate within reason.
If your package arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo within 24h of arrival. Coffee & Care Co. is not responsible for wear and tear of badge reels after they have been received and used by buyer.
If buyer provides the wrong address and parcel is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to have us send the item to buyer again.
We are able to offer exchange, but the item(s) must be returned at buyer's expense in order for us to process a new order for you. Please contact us immediately upon the decision to exchange your item and we will work with you and do our best to accommodate within reason.
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it on your behalf. If you contact us past 24 hours, your order will already be processing.
