Canadian Orders

All Canadian orders are shipped UNTRACKED and uninsured via Canada Post oversized lettermail. If you'd like tracked shipping, you can select the option to upgrade your package to include tracking at checkout.

United States Orders

All US orders are shipped TRACKED and uninsured via ChitChats and USPS. Please allow extra time for delivery due to postal delays.

​Shipping Information

All items ship from Canada using Canada Post or ChitChats. If you are outside of Canada, this may cause a delay in shipment due to the changing of mail carriers and postal services. The current estimated shipping time is 2 weeks (14 business days), but could vary due to external circumstances and each individual postal service.

The current processing time for orders is 10 business days before your items get shipped out.
